We started in a Plano garage in 2012 — one crew, one truck, and a stubborn belief that a remodeling company could be transparent, technical, and dependable all at once. Back then, we watched too many Texas homeowners get burned by half‑finished jobs, hidden fees, and subcontractors who didn’t understand the local soil or code requirements.

So we learned every trade from the ground up — framing, MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing), drywall, tile, waterproofing, foundation work, and finish carpentry. We got licensed. We studied the 2024 IRC and the specific amendments in every major Texas municipality. And we committed to hiring full‑time W‑2 craftsmen, not day laborers, so the person measuring your cabinets is the same person who installs them.

Today, that garage operation has grown into a statewide remodeling firm that’s completed over 1,200 projects — from a powder room refresh in Southlake to a full gut renovation in Austin and a commercial floor coating in Houston. We still show up to every job site ourselves, and we still warranty our work like we’re the ones living with it.
